(1) 负责高温/高速随钻产品的总体规划及某一核心技术的研究开发；
Responsible for the overall planning and R&D of High-Temperature / High-Speed MWD / LWD products as well as a certain core technology.
(2) 负责产品全生命周期管理，包括设计、研究、制造和产业化；
Responsible for product life-cycle management, including design, research, manufacture, and industrialization.
(3) 指导上海研发中心的技术攻关，协调跨区域研发资源。
Guide the technical breakthroughs of the Shanghai R&D Center and coordinate cross regional R&D resources.

(1) 具备随钻产品开发的成功经验和产业化成果；
Having successful experience in developing MWD/LWD products and achieving industrialization results.
(2) 在高温高速脉冲器、MWD、LWD等领域具有丰富的研发经验；
Having rich R&D experience in specific fields such as High-Temperature High-Speed Pulser, MWD, LWD.
(3) 具备优秀的领导能力或项目管理能力。
Excellent Leadership or Project Management skills.

(1) 负责地区油气装备的市场开拓，完成销售各项目标；
Responsible for the market development of Petroleum Equipment in Oil and Gas Field , and achieving sales targets.
(2) 负责收集市场信息，根据市场竞争态势，制定业务实施计划；
Responsible for collecting market information and making business implementation plans based on market competition trends.
(3) 负责为客户提供产品咨询、技术支持或定制个性化解决方案。
Responsible for providing customers with product consulting, technical support, or customized technical solutions.

(1) 具有良好职业素养、创新能力强，能为公司解决实际难题，填补空白市场；
Having good professional ethics and strong innovation ability, capable to solve practical problems for the company and fill in blank markets.
(2 ) 具有销售防喷器、采油采气树、管汇、录井仪等产品的可靠经验和成就；
Having reliable experience and achievements in selling products such as BOP, X-mas Tree , Choke and Kill Manifold, and Mud Logging Units.
(3) 熟悉地区钻井公司、油公司的运行模式。
Be familiar with the operation mode of Drilling and Oil service companies.
